Behavox Completes SOC 2 Certification, Demonstrating Commitment to Security

Independent validation of security controls is crucial for customers in highly regulated industries

Behavox, the world’s only AI-based data operating platform used by firms to catch misconduct before it causes massive regulatory fines and company crises, today announced it has successfully completed an independent System and Organization Controls (SOC) 2 assessment relevant to the security trust services criteria as established by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).

“Our customers are the world’s largest banks, top hedge funds and top asset management firms. They trust Behavox to keep their data confidential, while also providing transparency into the exchange of enterprise data in the cloud,” said Kiryl Trembovolski, Chief Operating Officer, Behavox. “This independent validation of security controls is crucial for customers in highly regulated industries, and successfully completing a SOC 2 examination demonstrates Behavox’s continued commitment to our customers’ high standards of security.”

SOC 2 is a technical audit that requires companies to establish strict information security policies and procedures to protect customer data. Some areas targeted for adherence include monitoring, responding to anomalous alerts and auditing to show continuous correction and adjustment to updated or replaced conditions and regulations. The evaluation is conducted in a standardized way against a common framework of criteria (requirements).

The examination was conducted by Schellman & Company, LLC, a leading provider of attestation and compliance services, and concluded that the Behavox Platform and related controls were suitably designed to provide reasonable assurance that Behavox’s service commitments and system requirements were achieved based on the security trust services criteria.
