After starting his career at the Bank of Tokyo Mitsubishi (now MUFG Bank), he joined Softbank Corp (now SoftBank Group Corp), where he led multiple financing activities, M&A transactions, and the management of several portfolio companies. As part of the SoftBank Vision Fund’s founding team, Yosuke helped launch and build the world’s largest technology fund. He is based at SBIA headquarters in London and serves as co-representative of SBIA’s Tokyo office. Yosuke also acts as an advisor and investment committee member of Deepcore, which is AI-focused early stage VC fund, and an advisor to Shibuya, which is one of special wards in Tokyo. Caitlin Like Head of Strategic Customer Success Caitlin Like Head of Strategic Customer Success As Head of Strategic Customer Success, Caitlin is responsible for growing and nurturing Behavox’s clients throughout their journey. Caitlin guides the Customer Success Management team in forming relationships with Behavox’s clients to ensure protection of clients’ digital headquarters. Prior to joining Behavox, Caitlin was Vice President in Markets Risk and Control – Electronic and Algorithmic Trading at Barclays where she focused on leading governance and implementation of Market Access Rule requirements and acting as primary product manager for risk-mitigating applications. Caitlin’s career started in Compliance, where she gained knowledge in financial markets and the regulatory landscape. Caitlin is Series 7 FINRA qualified and holds a BA in Philosophy & Italian from Boston College.
Tunde Ogunniyi Head of Sales Engineering Tunde Ogunniyi Head of Sales Engineering Tunde heads up the Sales Engineering team, overseeing the functional design of the Behavox data operating platform for customers. Tunde has spent almost 20 years in senior technical roles spanning financial services, energy, and entertainment industries. He utilizes his broad experience when working with customers to architect solutions that suit their requirements. He also anticipates their technological concerns to help accelerate deployment lead times and achieve fast time to value. Tunde is an extremely valuable partner and is critical in ensuring that customers get the most out of Behavox. Tunde holds a B.Sc. in petroleum engineering from the University of Ibadan in Nigeria.
Kaveh Masrour Head of Project Management Kaveh Masrour Head of Project Management Kaveh is a highly experienced Project Manager, with more than 17 years experience in developing, coaching, and leading teams that deliver strategic programs in various industries such as Telecommunications, Gaming, and FinTech. Kaveh is responsible for leading the Project Management Team at Behavox in the successful implementation and execution of projects, having completed over 200 such projects in his 17 year career, working closely with clients to understand their requirements and ensure seamless delivery, on time and on budget. Prior to joining Behavox, Kaveh held leadership and senior leadership positions such as the PMO Manager and DBA Team Manager at Nuvei Technologies (FinTech), and COO at Bug-Tracker Laboratories, a video game QA service provider. Kaveh holds an associate degree in Accounting from the International Career School (ICS) in Canada, a Diploma (HND) in Electronics from the University of Brighton in the UK and a Certificate (ONC) in Engineering from Brighton College of Technology in the UK as well being a Senior Project Manager (CSPM/IAPM), certified Agile Project Manager (CAPM/IAPM), and a professional Scrum Master (PSM I).

He applies his 25 years of experience in software engineering, machine learning, and management to ensure Behavox customers can act quickly on insights gathered from their internal data. His team constantly innovates and enhances the use of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and analytics to help customers find bad actors within their organizations. His team drives the development of Behavox’s multilingual value proposition to customers, applying AI/ML algorithms across more than 150 data types pertaining to dozens of voice and text-based applications in 10 languages, providing a truly global, enterprise-class solution for customers. Alex previously held senior software engineering positions at Oracle and Sun Microsystems. He holds a Ph.D. in mathematics from Saint Petersburg State University and is the author of multiple patents and publications in the areas of mathematics, software engineering, and data science.

He currently leads the Product Engineering department, where he brings his passion and experience in product engineering to grow and drive innovation for our current and new solutions. Prior to joining Behavox, Santosh spent 17 years in Microsoft, where he led multiple engineering teams and partnered with product leaders to ship world-class v1 experiences across Outlook, Yammer, and Teams. He has extensive experience in agile software development, building, growing, and scaling high-performing and motivated engineering teams, consistently delivering complex, large scale, cross-geographical projects on time, and driving product adoption from zero to millions of users with high customer satisfaction. Santosh has an M.S. in computer science from Texas A&M University, College Station.
Joseph Benjamin Chief Technology Officer Joseph Benjamin Chief Technology Officer Joseph is responsible for leading the Behavox technology team and helping the company capitalize on market opportunities by guiding Behavox’s engineering teams in tackling complex AI and machine learning opportunities that drive customer value. Prior to joining Behavox, Joseph oversaw engineering of Oracle’s Data Cloud as Group Vice President and Chief Technology Officer, leading a 700-person global team in four countries. He was the founding CTO at Datalogix before it was acquired by Oracle in 2015. Joseph has substantive experience in technology transformations, software development, security, data science, and data-driven products. He has successfully led, motivated, and scaled product and engineering teams in high-growth cloud applications and services. Joseph has an MBA in business from the University of Denver.

He is responsible for leading the Subject Matter Expertise team, which works cross-functionally to ensure that Behavox products are aligned to the regulatory drivers impacting clients, and are effective at detecting the targeted risks. Prior to joining Behavox, Nick worked in various leadership roles within the Surveillance function at HSBC, including most recently as Head of GBM Surveillance Governance and Regulatory Remediation where he led the global Surveillance response to a FED Consent Order and DoJ DPA. Before that, he was Head of Surveillance for HSBC’s U.S. business, where he was responsible for the U.S. Surveillance program across all lines of business. Nick holds a B.Sc. degree in information systems from Rhodes University in South Africa.

Prior to joining Behavox, Tigran worked at Gameloft, a large mobile gaming company, where he led the information security team in managing cybersecurity for the company. Tigran has an M.Sc. in computer security systems and informatics from the State Engineering University of Armenia.

Before Behavox, Lindsey led customer success teams at tech companies such as Glia, and Relationship Science (RelSci), where she helped enterprise financial services companies leverage their firm’s relationships to gain access to decision makers around the globe. Michael has a wealth of industry experience that he brings to Behavox and our customers. He has held senior positions at Deloitte and PwC, where he acted as program manager on complex enterprise projects while building and leading global multi-disciplinary teams. His experience managing complexity on an international scale translates seamlessly to his role with Behavox’s customers, many of whom represent some of the industry’s most challenging global implementations. Michael has a L.L.B. and bachelor of information systems from the University of Tasmania in Australia.
Kiryl Trembovolski Chief Operating Officer Kiryl Trembovolski Chief Operating Officer Kiryl leads a series of strategic business, product, and risk management initiatives for the company and our customers. He has some of the deepest product knowledge and customer experience in the company. He has managed the technical implementation process for some of the world’s largest financial institutions, including integration with customer data systems, authentication, and change management. Kiryl has led these global projects across multiple geographies, jurisdictions, and complex local requirements. Previously, he served as the head of product for Behavox. He touched all aspects of the portfolio’s evolution, including user research, product strategy, partnerships, roadmap, development, and delivery. Kiryl was named to Forbes’ 30 under 30 list for Technology in 2019. He has a M.Sc. in computing science with distinction from Imperial College London and a B.Sc. in mathematics with distinction from the University of Exeter.

Alan De Zwaan Senior Manager, Data Operations Alan De Zwaan Senior Manager, Data Operations Alan is an experienced leader with 10+ years running projects for leading tech companies and managing both in-house and global distributed teams of up to 50 people across small, medium and large enterprises, both public and private. Alan is responsible for the creation and nurturing of the Data Operations function at Behavox, providing high quality datasets to train and test AI models that power applications across multiple languages and products, developing processes for effective data collection, annotation and validation and leading diverse global teams in charge of project management, recruitment and computational linguistics. Before embarking on his journey with Behavox in April 2020, Alan spent more than a decade at Appen, leading transcription services and then Program Manager. Prior to this he worked at various multinationals such as Google, TAFE NSW, Westpac, and as a Graphic and Web Designer at Curl Internet Solutions. Alan holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Macquarie Graduate School of Management & a Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics from the University of Sydney.
Jeff Diana Jeff Diana Jeff is a seasoned executive with more than 15 years of experience in HR. Prior to joining Atlassian in 2012, Jeff was CPO at SuccessFactors, an SAP company, where he built the company’s HR function from scratch, led a series of key initiatives to produce more than $25 million in savings, and doubled the company’s salesforce with a record-breaking 600 new hires in one year. Previously, Jeff was chief HR officer at Safeco, a personal insurance company, where he made one of the largest overhauls to the company’s rewards program to support a new high growth initiative. Jeff has held HR leadership roles at Microsoft, General Electric, and Bell South. Jeff holds an M.A. in Sociology from the University of South Carolina and an M.A. in Human Resources Management from the Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina.
Michael Piwowar Michael Piwowar Michael is the executive director of the Milken Institute Center for Financial Markets. He is also a distinguished policy fellow at the Center for Financial Markets Policy at Georgetown University’s Center for Financial Markets and Policy. Dr. Piwowar was previously appointed by President Barack Obama to serve as a commissioner in the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and was designated acting chairman of the Commission by President Donald Trump. He was previously chief economist for the U.S. Senate Committee on Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs. During the financial crisis and its immediate aftermath, Dr. Piwowar served at the White House as a senior economist at the President’s Council of Economic Advisers in both the George W. Bush and Barack Obama Administrations. Before joining the White House, Dr. Piwowar worked as a Principal at the Securities Litigation and Consulting Group as a visiting academic scholar and senior financial economist at the SEC, and as an assistant professor of finance at Iowa State University. He received a B.A. in Foreign Service and International Politics from the Pennsylvania State University, an MBA from Georgetown University, and a Ph.D. in Finance from the Pennsylvania State University.
Tom Schodorf Tom Schodorf Tom has more than 30 years experience as an operator for software and SaaS companies. He serves on a number of public and private company boards and provides consultation services in the tech industry. Most recently he was the CRO of Splunk, inc., where he grew bookings more than 20-fold in five years while helping the company IPO and generate more than $10 billion in market value. Prior to Splunk, he had long tenures at BMC Software and IBM, where he held a number of positions in sales and ran business units. Schodorf’s vast experience in running complex, go-to-customer operations in the United States, Asia, and Europe led him to co-author, “The Success Cadence,” which underscores the special responsibility and importance that a high-performing sales function has in achieving hyper growth. Tom has a BSBA in Finance from The Ohio State University and an MBA from the University of Dayton.
