Kiryl Trembovolski

Kiryl Trembovolski

Chief Operating Officer

Kiryl leads a series of strategic business, product, and risk management initiatives for the company and our customers. He has some of the deepest product knowledge and customer experience in the company.

He has managed the technical implementation process for some of the world’s largest financial institutions, including integration with customer data systems, authentication, and change management. Kiryl has led these global projects across multiple geographies, jurisdictions, and complex local requirements. Previously, he served as the head of product for Behavox. He touched all aspects of the portfolio’s evolution, including user research, product strategy, partnerships, roadmap, development, and delivery.

Kiryl was named to Forbes’ 30 under 30 list for Technology in 2019. He has a M.Sc. in computing science with distinction from Imperial College London and a B.Sc. in mathematics with distinction from the University of Exeter.

Nabeel Ebrahim

Nabeel Ebrahim

Chief Revenue Officer

Nabeel is one of the most knowledgeable customer-facing practitioners in the industry. He joined Behavox in 2016, building our first product demo and on-boarding the company’s first customers. Since then, Nabeel has been a part of every customer project for Behavox, successfully overseeing the industry’s largest, most complex implementations at some of the world’s leading banks, private equity firms, and hedge funds.

Behavox’s customers trust Nabeel. He has vast experience in advising and enabling customers to find bad actors quickly and accurately, before they disrupt business continuity and cause company crises. He has a track record of delivering projects on time and on budget so customers can realize value sooner. The impact of Nabeel and his team has resulted in a customer satisfaction score of 93 percent. 

Earlier in his Behavox tenure, Nabeel established the company’s global account management team. The team is unique to the industry, serving as a regulatory knowledge base for customers and as an indispensable extension of their compliance teams.

Nabeel holds a L.L.B. from the University of Exeter and an L.P.C. from the BPP Law School in London.

Neil Wu Becker

Neil Wu Becker

Chief Marketing Officer

Neil is an award-winning marketing professional who has led global teams at a variety of IT, security, and enterprise software firms – from Dow Jones component and bellwether stock companies to small-caps and pre-IPO unicorns. He has a penchant for earning customers’ trust, engaging them regularly to ensure brands and solutions align with their expectations within their respective markets.

Prior to joining Behavox, Neil was the vice president of worldwide marketing for Apttus, where he evolved the enterprise software company’s brand and transitioned demand generation to an integrated marketing model designed for growth at scale. Before Apttus, he served as the executive vice president of marketing at A10 Networks, a security and application networking company. He has led teams at some of the world’s largest technology companies, including Cisco, Micron, and Trend Micro.

Neil has a B.A. in English from the University of California, Davis, and a MS in mass communications from San Jose State University.

Gagan Gulati

Gagan Gulati

Chief Product Officer

Gagan is a veteran technology executive with decades of experience building enterprise and cloud service offerings that enhance risk management and business performance for global firms. He leads our product management team to constantly innovate and enhance our solutions and technology. This ensures we always provide value to customers by enhancing our ability to identify bad actors quickly and accurately, before they jeopardize their businesses and brands.

Prior to Behavox, Gagan spent 15 years at Microsoft. As partner director of product management, he oversaw a large team of product managers and engineers across diverse geographies, focusing largely on security and governance solutions. He launched Azure Information Protection, an identity-based security cloud service that became the de-facto name in the data protection and governance space, and led product management and engineering teams for Microsoft Windows. Before Microsoft, Gulati managed product teams at Oracle for its e-Business suite and at BEA Systems for its WebLogic Server.

Gagan has a B.Tech degree in computer science from the National Institute Of Technology, Kurukshetra.

Alex Glasman

Alex Glasman

Chief Data Scientist

Alex leads Behavox’s Data Science team. He applies his 25 years of experience in software engineering, machine learning, and management to ensure Behavox customers can act quickly on insights gathered from their internal data.

His team constantly innovates and enhances the use of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and analytics to help customers find bad actors within their organizations. His team drives the development of Behavox’s multilingual value proposition to customers, applying AI/ML algorithms across more than 150 data types pertaining to dozens of voice and text-based applications in 10 languages, providing a truly global, enterprise-class solution for customers.

Alex previously held senior software engineering positions at Oracle and Sun Microsystems.

He holds a Ph.D. in mathematics from Saint Petersburg State University and is the author of multiple patents and publications in the areas of mathematics, software engineering, and data science.

Joseph Benjamin

Joseph Benjamin

Chief Technology Officer

Joseph is responsible for leading the Behavox technology team and helping the company capitalize on market opportunities by guiding Behavox’s engineering teams in tackling complex AI and machine learning opportunities that drive customer value.

Prior to joining Behavox, Joseph oversaw engineering of Oracle’s Data Cloud as Group Vice President and Chief Technology Officer, leading a 700-person global team in four countries. He was the founding CTO at Datalogix before it was acquired by Oracle in 2015.

Joseph has substantive experience in technology transformations, software development, security, data science, and data-driven products. He has successfully led, motivated, and scaled product and engineering teams in high-growth cloud applications and services.

Joseph has an MBA in business from the University of Denver.

Slav Slavinski

Slav Slavinski

Chief of Staff

Slav executes the company’s financial and operational vision while ensuring teams are aligned with the strategic goals of Behavox. He manages a centralized operations unit that maximizes productivity among all Behavox’s teams while also overseeing the enforcement, systems, finance, and legal activities of the business.

Beyond his current roles, Slav has proven to be extremely versatile with extensive knowledge of Behavox’s product and customers. He has served in numerous positions to help Behavox become an indispensable extension of its customers’ teams. Slav partnered with the chief operating officer to establish our inaugural solution engineering team. He is a product expert who has overseen large global implementations for some of Behavox’s largest customers. 

Before Behavox, Slav worked in sell-side investment banking with Zimmerman Adams, specializing in IPOs, M&As, and private equity transactions. He is also an experienced software engineer specializing in enterprise resource planning systems development.

Slav has an M.Sc. in marketing and financial services from Exeter University and Specialist in applied mathematics and computer science from Lomonosov Moscow State University.

Ian Roughley

Ian Roughley

Vice President of Engineering, Products

Ian is an international speaker, author, open-source contributor, and technologist. He brings his vast experience in building data-driven products to Behavox’s product engineering group, where he helps develop products that delight customers, and help earn their trust.

Prior to joining Behavox, Ian led and scaled engineering teams from early-stage startups to Fortune 500 companies across a variety of industries. Most recently, as the VP of Engineering at Climacell, he led Data Science, engineering and DevOps to expand the product portfolio, and scale the data processing platform to support new geographic markets.

Ian has a B.E. in computer systems engineering from the University of Queensland, Australia, and is a co-author of multiple patents in the area of cloud-based business communications.

Santosh Kumar

Vice President of Engineering, Products

Santosh is a veteran leader with decades of experience building and shipping data-driven, enterprise cloud products in the communication and collaboration space. He currently leads the Product Engineering department, where he brings his passion and experience in product engineering to grow and drive innovation for our current and new solutions.

Prior to joining Behavox, Santosh spent 17 years in Microsoft, where he led multiple engineering teams and partnered with product leaders to ship world-class v1 experiences across Outlook, Yammer, and Teams. He has extensive experience in agile software development, building, growing, and scaling high-performing and motivated engineering teams, consistently delivering complex, large scale, cross-geographical projects on time, and driving product adoption from zero to millions of users with high customer satisfaction.

Santosh has an M.S. in computer science from Texas A&M University, College Station.

Andrew Logvinov

Andrew Logvinov

Vice President of Engineering, Platform

Andrew leads the Platform Engineering team at Behavox. He applies his 15 years of expertise and experience in software engineering to ensure Behavox customers have the best tools at their disposal to organize and refine their data into actionable information that protects and promotes business growth.

Working in close partnership with Product Management, as well as other technology teams, the Platform Engineering team is responsible for technical design, implementation, and delivery of the Behavox data operating platform, which serves as a foundation for all customer products.

Prior to joining Behavox, Andrew worked as a senior software engineer at Devexperts, with the primary focus of creating scalable and reliable modules for financial trading systems, as well as complex back-office web applications, and reporting tools.

Andrew holds an M.Sc. in information security systems from the Zaporozhye National Technical University in Ukraine.

Shirish Agarwal


Shirish Agarwal


Vice President of Product Management, Products

Shirish Agarwal leads the New Products team at Behavox, working closely with customers to conceptualize and create innovative products that solve customer problems using the latest in AI.

Prior to joining Behavox, Shirish spent more than a decade leading product and engineering teams, and building SaaS products across multiple companies, including Qualtrics, Amazon, and Cummins.

Most recently, at Qualtrics, he led teams that conceptualized and created various product offerings within the domain of customer experience.

Shirish holds a B.E. in computer science, M.S. in engineering management, and an MBA in finance from Indiana University.

Rohit Kapoor

Vice President of Product Management, Products

Rohit is a veteran technology leader with decades of experience in building enterprise and cloud service offerings that enhance communication and collaboration for global firms. He leads Behavox’s risk management products, with a focus on innovating and enhancing its solutions and technology.

Prior to joining Behavox, Rohit spent 15 years at Microsoft, where he led engineering and product management teams. He has shipped several world-class products at scale, and overseen a team of engineers and product managers across multiple geographies.

Rohit has an M.S. in computer engineering from Syracuse University, New York.

Nicholas Duke

Nicholas Duke

Head of Subject Matter Expertise

Nick is a highly experienced compliance professional, with extensive knowledge of regulatory requirements and expectations across multiple jurisdictions. He is responsible for leading the Subject Matter Expertise team, which works cross-functionally to ensure that Behavox products are aligned to the regulatory drivers impacting clients, and are effective at detecting the targeted risks.

Prior to joining Behavox, Nick worked in various leadership roles within the Surveillance function at HSBC, including most recently as Head of GBM Surveillance Governance and Regulatory Remediation where he led the global Surveillance response to a FED Consent Order and DoJ DPA. Before that, he was Head of Surveillance for HSBC’s U.S. business, where he was responsible for the U.S. Surveillance program across all lines of business.

Nick holds a B.Sc. degree in information systems from Rhodes University in South Africa.

Tigran Petrosyan

Tigran Petrosyan

Head of Security Assurance

Tigran is a CISSP & CEH-certified information security professional with 20 years of experience in security architecture, security operations, governance, and systems engineering. He leverages his wealth of industry knowledge to ensure Behavox’s security controls support customer requirements.

Throughout his career, Tigran has played pivotal roles for companies operating in highly regulated environments, such as a PCI DSS-compliant payment card processing organization and World Bank’s innovative government infrastructure projects. Prior to joining Behavox, Tigran worked at Gameloft, a large mobile gaming company, where he led the information security team in managing cybersecurity for the company.

Tigran has an M.Sc. in computer security systems and informatics from the State Engineering University of Armenia.

Eugenio De Santis

Eugenio De Santis

Head of Security Operations

Eugenio brings more than a decade of cybersecurity experience to the team with a career that spans financial services, aerospace & defense, and public healthcare. He oversees the security of our technology infrastructure, constantly enhancing and fine-tuning its security posture to protect our customers, product, and operations from ever-changing cybersecurity attacks.

Eugenio has led CERT (Computer-Emergency Response Teams) and cybersecurity teams at a number of complex organizations, such as Morgan Stanley, Leonardo, and Sogei. He has a complete understanding of how to develop, implement, and mature a mature cybersecurity program.

Eugenio has a B.Sc. in information technology from Sapienza Università di Roma.

Taro Togo

Managing Director, Japan

Taro is a global business leader who oversees Behavox operations in Japan. He played a critical role in establishing our Tokyo office and built out its operations to support the growing demand for Behavox’s solutions throughout the country. Taro plays a key role in enabling our customers to achieve maximum benefits with our technology, including some of the largest international, Japan-based banks.

Previously, Taro served as Vice President of the Operating Group at SoftBank Investment Advisers. At SoftBank, Taro managed the planning and execution for its portfolio companies’ expansion into the Asian market including major business centers such as Japan, Singapore and Hong Kong. He oversaw a large team across diverse geographies from London to Tokyo.

Taro holds a B.A. in economics from Meiji University and an MBA from the IE Business School.

Lindsey Kemmerich

Lindsey Kemmerich

Head of Customer Success, North America

Lindsey leads our account management team in North America, working closely with the world’s largest banks, private equity firms, and hedge funds to help them uncover risk and catch bad actors before they jeopardize brand reputation and business continuity. She has overseen numerous complex customer implementations, builds lasting relationships, and uses her wealth of experience to serve as a trusted advisor and a vital extension of customer teams.

Before Behavox, Lindsey led customer success teams at tech companies such as Glia, and Relationship Science (RelSci), where she helped enterprise financial services companies leverage their firm’s relationships to gain access to decision makers around the globe.

Lindsey has a B.A. in marketing and international business with a minor in Spanish from Villanova University in Pennsylvania.

Fahreen Kurji

Fahreen Kurji

Head of Customer Success, EMEA & APAC

Customers consider Fahreen one of their closest allies. Over the years she has become one of the most trusted, reliable partners for Behavox’s customers, which include prominent hedge funds and multinational financial firms.

Fahreen has played an instrumental role facilitating the company’s expansion into new regions and manages a diverse portfolio of customers across Europe and Asia. Fahreen possesses deep knowledge of Behavox products and uses that acumen as a consultative partner for her customers. She effectively advises, trains, and guides customers on getting the most return from their investment in Behavox.

Fahreen holds a dual degree in law and international relations from the University of Exeter.

Tunde Ogunniyi

Tunde Ogunniyi

Head of Solution Engineering

Tunde heads up the Solution Engineering team, overseeing the functional design of the Behavox data operating platform for customers.

Tunde has spent almost 20 years in senior technical roles spanning financial services, energy, and entertainment industries. He utilizes his broad experience when working with customers to architect solutions that suit their requirements. He also anticipates their technological concerns to help accelerate deployment lead times and achieve fast time to value. Tunde is an extremely valuable partner and is critical in ensuring that customers get the most out of Behavox.

Tunde holds a B.Sc. in petroleum engineering from the University of Ibadan in Nigeria.

Michael Talbert

Michael Talbert

Head of Project Management

Michael is a major partner for our customers, leading a team that is responsible for the successful implementation of Behavox solutions. He cultivates trusted relationships with our customers, taking the time to deeply understand their requirements.

Michael has a wealth of industry experience that he brings to Behavox and our customers. He has held senior positions at Deloitte and PwC, where he acted as program manager on complex enterprise projects while building and leading global multi-disciplinary teams. His experience managing complexity on an international scale translates seamlessly to his role with Behavox’s customers, many of whom represent some of the industry’s most challenging global implementations.

Michael has a L.L.B. and bachelor of information systems from the University of Tasmania in Australia.

Allen Clark

Vice President, Partnerships

Allen is a seasoned tech industry professional with decades of experience. He has spent the last 20 years working for, and partnering with, some of the biggest names in cloud computing.

Prior to joining Behavox, Allen worked at Microsoft, Amazon Web Services, Okta, and, most recently, Siemens. In each of these roles, he built and executed the strategy for growing the partner ecosystem, and driving increased value to customers.

Allen has a B.Math from the University of Waterloo in Canada.

Tony Coffey

Tony Coffey

Tony is an Operating Partner for SoftBank Investment Advisors. He provides strategic support and advice to the firm’s portfolio companies in the Enterprise Software sector.

Prior to SoftBank, Tony was the SVP of Strategic Operations and a member of the executive leadership team for Sprinklr, an enterprise social media management SaaS platform. Previously,
he served as the Chief Strategy Officer at VCE, LLC (a converged infrastructure platform), architecting the strategy that grew VCE from $500 million to more than $2.5 billion in revenue.
Tony also worked for Cerberus as an operating partner. Earlier in his career, he held several leadership roles in corporate development, business development, and sales at EMC.

Tony earned his M.B.A. from the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business, and his B.S. in civil engineering degree from Purdue University.

Jeff Diana

Jeff Diana

Jeff is a seasoned executive with more than 15 years of experience in HR. Prior to joining Atlassian in 2012, Jeff was CPO at SuccessFactors, an SAP company, where he built the company’s HR function from scratch, led a series of key initiatives to produce more than $25 million in savings, and doubled the company’s salesforce with a record-breaking 600 new hires in one year.

Previously, Jeff was chief HR officer at Safeco, a personal insurance company, where he made one of the largest overhauls to the company’s rewards program to support a new high growth initiative. Jeff has held HR leadership roles at Microsoft, General Electric, and Bell South.

Jeff holds an M.A. in Sociology from the University of South Carolina and an M.A. in Human Resources Management from the Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina.

Lucio Di Ciaccio

Lucio Di Ciaccio

Lucio has worked on the investment team at the SoftBank Vision Fund since joining in 2017. Prior to SoftBank, he was an investment professional at The Carlyle Group. During his career, Lucio has invested in more than 10 companies across multiple geographies and sectors, including e-commerce, fitness, hospitality, manufacturing, oil and gas, technology, media, and telecommunications. He represents SoftBank on the boards of Behavox and Gympass, and worked on the fund’s investment in Automation Anywhere.

Lucio received a Scientiae Magister in Aeronautics & Astronautics Engineering from MIT, a MSc in Advanced Computational Methods from Imperial College London, and a B.Sc. in Aerospace Engineering from University of Rome, La Sapienza.

Michael Piwowar

Michael Piwowar

Michael is the executive director of the Milken Institute Center for Financial Markets. He is also a distinguished policy fellow at the Center for Financial Markets Policy at Georgetown University’s Center for Financial Markets and Policy.

Dr. Piwowar was previously appointed by President Barack Obama to serve as a commissioner in the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and was designated acting chairman of the Commission by President Donald Trump. He was previously chief economist for the U.S. Senate Committee on Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs.

During the financial crisis and its immediate aftermath, Dr. Piwowar served at the White House as a senior economist at the President’s Council of Economic Advisers in both the George W. Bush and Barack Obama Administrations. Before joining the White House, Dr. Piwowar worked as a Principal at the Securities Litigation and Consulting Group as a visiting academic scholar and senior financial economist at the SEC, and as an assistant professor of finance at Iowa State University.

He received a B.A. in Foreign Service and International Politics from the Pennsylvania State University, an MBA from Georgetown University, and a Ph.D. in Finance from the Pennsylvania State University.

Tom Schodorf

Tom Schodorf

Tom has more than 30 years experience as an operator for software and SaaS companies. He serves on a number of public and private company boards and provides consultation services in the tech industry. Most recently he was the CRO of Splunk, inc., where he grew bookings more than 20-fold in five years while helping the company IPO and generate more than $10 billion in market value. Prior to Splunk, he had long tenures at BMC Software and IBM, where he held a number of positions in sales and ran business units.

Schodorf’s vast experience in running complex, go-to-customer operations in the United States, Asia, and Europe led him to co-author, “The Success Cadence,” which underscores the special responsibility and importance that a high-performing sales function has in achieving hyper growth.

Tom has a BSBA in Finance from The Ohio State University and an MBA from the University of Dayton.

Daniel Strathearn

Daniel Strathearn

Vice President, Finance

Daniel is an accredited and ACA-qualified finance professional with over 20 years of experience. He is responsible for executing the company’s financial objectives, and leading the Behavox financial department.

Daniel has held numerous leadership roles across a variety of sectors throughout his career, with an emphasis on technology and sector disruptors.

Before joining Behavox, Daniel was Deputy CFO at the Financial Times, where he steered the organization through the numerous challenges and opportunities created by COVID-19. He has also led teams at Betfair during its IPO, was involved in the integration of Skype into Microsoft, and has led new product development at Sky.
